I web checked in on 3. 9. 18, :but at Ranchi airport the desk operator Mr. Roy denied to honour it, asked me to come in queue for baggage drop. Horrible. Complained to the manager of go air. But do not think he will educate Mr. Roy.
Hi! Nice experience with GoAir. One thing, what is the harm if the pilots/crew speaks in Hindi? After all it is understood by most, is the national language and obviously desirable as compared to the incomprehensible, over and wrongly accentuated English that was dished out Otherwise great experience as usual
The check in process was smooth I was travelling with my elderly parents the airlines staff assisted me with a wheel chair and the staff was with us until we boarded. Thew food served was nice and yummy
After boarding, plane was delayed for 2 hours. And inside plane AC was also switched off and no announcement or information about the delay was given by crew/pilot. We felt like sitting inside a prison without air and food. Airline should give us compensation for this delay.
