Best way to visit Mandamoni is by car, good road with a exception about 2 KM between Contai and Kanthi. Other way is to go the Digha by railway and then arrange a pick-up to hotel. One way trip is around Rs. 250/-, hotel will easily arrange it. There are good hotels in Mandarmani, some are on the beach itself like Rose Valley, Digante, Sonar Bangla, etc. Hotel Digante is very good and rates are very reasonable, while Rose Valley is among the costliest. Other hotels are there a little away from beach like J.P. Resort.

The 173-km way from Kolkata past Kolaghat, Kanthai--is the closest railway station--and Chaulkhola where a left turn will take you through some villages. The road is a single, rough, dusty through the countryside till last year is now a paved reach. The final 12 km journey was through mosque and temples, at Kalindi village. As we entered Dadanpatrabar, the scenery, changed to lively red mud track.At the last stage you have to drive on beach to enter the hotel.
