By rail or road to Kottayam then no. of buses available till pampa then to climb the hill for about 5-6km on rough road.cardiac patients should take atmost care while climbing the hill.Of course DOLIS are available to carry them but a bit costly.Women of age between 10-50 are not allowed to sannidhanam.
