It's just around 32 kms from Tirupati. It'll take 45 - 50 minutes in Bus from Tirupati to SriKalahasti. We can reach even faster by Car. So people can combine their plans of Tirumala Tirupati Temple Darshan along with SriKalahasti trip. They can have Darshan at Tirumala in the day and can reach SriKalahasti in the evening. They can have their night stay in SriKalahasti if only it's a must and can have Remedy Pujas done in the next day morning. If you've got Car, you can come and stay in Tirupati itself as the hotels and restaurants will be good in Tirupati.

Travel to SriKalahasti from tirupati. its a descent 1 hour drive from the temple town.. the dosh nivaran pooja takes 1 hour to complete so keep 5 hours aside if you travel to Srikalahasti.
