Stayed here for a day and a half for business meeting. Located on the central Anna Salai road which is convenient for my work place. The interiors of the Hyatt Regency is very modern. The lobby has a nice open layout with plenty of places to and talk. The rooms are big and can fit a roll-away bed in addition to the double Queen beds and the sofa. The bathrooms are a little odd in that one of the wall is actually just a pull-down blind where the sink is. The bathroom is still exceptional, however, as it is all marble, as it is the standard in India. It certainly has the most beautiful pool in the city. The siddh spa experience is exquisite. The breakfast is just awesome, There was so much to choose from, both Indian and Western breakfast food. The service is just impeccable and prompt.
I checked in on 23-Jan and checked-out on 25-Jan-2017, for a business trip to Chennai. Hotel is located near my meeting location. Room is good and spacious, customer services is good as well I like the food at the restaurant at the lobby level. I took my buffet breakfast at this restaurant as well Hotel team took care of my in room amenities request as well For my upcoming visit to Chennai, I'll certainly go with Hyatt Regency as my first choice.
The visit to this hotel was an official trip in the month of December from my company with my colleagues and the location was very convenient to locate with very good destination. The appearance of the hotel, elevations were excellent and different. The services of the staff in the hotel was excellent, quick to our requests with volunteer approach. There was no delay in check-in and check-out process. The room allotted was very good with amenity facilities like refrigerator with drinks, micro oven and heater in working condition. The food in the hotel was excellent with good quality, quantity and worth for money. Activities was available in this hotel and it is a recommendable hotel to other travellers.
As this is a Hyatt property, one expects a certain standard and the hotel does reach this in some aspects. The location is very central, but due to the infrastructure coming up in the city, the route to the hotel requires extended travel time. The return is direct. The check-in was smooth, but as a Hyatt Gold passport holder, I expected that my details/preferences would be visible to the check-in staff but apparently this was not the case. The promised complimentary newspaper on the first day never came, and I had to ask at the reception twice before I got a newspaper. The rooms are adequate and the buffet breakfast has a variety that caters to all tastes. The rooms are very big and very clean. The services are best ever. The price is very high. The food are good. This hotel is for big business man people.
I had been to Tirupati during the month of February 2017 and booked the room in the Venkateswara Lodge. It was my temple trip with family. The destination Tirupati was good to enjoy with family. I would rate the location as average. The appearance of the hotel was good because it is clean and neat. Hotel front office was very good as they will respond quickly with appropriate information. I booked this room directly at hotel. I would rate the services in the hotel were good because of availability of service. The hotel room was good with ambience and facilities. The food in the hotel was good as we can have so many options as according to the season.
Great location. Clean, modern and spacious rooms with good amenities (Forest Essentials) in a good location. The staff member called Varun Joseph really helped me out and service was great. The executive lounge is a good size and the breakfast is good and the Italian restaurant on the lobby floor is nice too I was truly a bit choked up upon leaving, after 40 days, you begin to get attached to the place, but especially the people, it was as hard to leave them as it is to leave home itself.
I stayed in this hotel on March 2014 for attending friend's marriage. The interior and exterior look of the hotel was very good. All required modern amenities were provided to my room in good condition. Staff members in the hotel were good in service. Both North Indian and south Indian foods served, it was good in quality and in taste. Parking facility was good. I did not notice any activities in this hotel.
