the hotel location is very good its nearby shopping malls, thd spa over there is fantastic, food was very nice. The overall it was fantstic

very pleasing.we had a hasslefree checkin and checkout.the breakfast spread was appealing.dining was good as well.room service and housekeeping was prompt and efficient as well.

It was an excellent experience staying at the hotel. The ambience of the hotel and its surroundings were too good. All the executives were very courteous and ready to help in any ways possible.

Overall experience at Hyat Regency, Kolkata is excellent. Specially the foods and beverages served by them.

Travelling within City, and travel to the Hotel not that comfortable. Pretty far off. But once you are in the Hotel, its an awesome place to stay. Hotel is Excellent. More
