"Courteous staffs"

Hyatt Regency Kolkata is a luxury business hotel in Kolkata... The benefit of staying in this location is that it is peaceful, less polluted... Room and bathroom were both nice and the bed was comfortable.. The staff were very pleasant and courteous.. food was really great....

classy and sophisticated , everything was a scale up on standards , very pleasant stay , very happy with the service , the good was fab , all in all a really good stay.

Had a wonderful experience. The ambience was perfect.

Best Experience: Rooms are excellent and so is the view outside the rooms.

"Had a marvelous stay"

We had stayed for weekend when we visited kolkata. The stay was really very marvelous.

Best Experience: The service is upmost, you can dine Indian , Continental & chineese dishes which we loved the most.

Worst Experience: No.

Great----memorable.Nice interior,pleasant ambience.

Best Experience: every one so polite and makes you feel at home----superb !!

Worst Experience: The room whr i was put up was having a portion of the separation glass btwn room and washroom cracked.I wont say it to be worst exp---but it was not eye sooding.
