Best Experience: The Chef told me that he would make the food according to my taste.

Worst Experience: NONE

Our overall experience of 4 days stay at Royal Orchid Central was very good and we had a pleasant and memorable stay. I would like to visit this property again and also would like to recommend for others. Worth for the money what we paid.

Best Experience: Ambience of the room & restaurant, behaviour & service levels of over all staff, especially Mr. Sunil Kumar (Manager), is highly appreciable. Quality/taste of the food is amazing.

Worst Experience: On 03rd April 11 morning at about 5 am the motor of our room (701) A/C got burnt and we had very tough time with the smoke & bad smell all over the room till we were shifted to other room (708).

Excellent to stay, a real royal feeling and a royal treat. Roof top swimming pool is a great idea but looks made for kids only or even best for a nice photshoot, not for swimming. Gym too small to even stretch your legs.

Best Experience: Break fast was a real treat everyday keeping my taste buds busy and giving my teeth nice grinding work

Worst Experience: The staff were good in smiling at everyone but didnt seem to know whom they were smiling at. They had to conyey a message to us, for which they had been waiting since morning, and didnt do it when we came in the evening. They informed us on phone after we left the hotel and got us into great trouble in the middle of the night. Important, they dont have a hotel vehicle for any emergency transport, disgusting.

Overall, it was an okay sort of experience. The staff scored in terms of service. The room was also okay. But the food was rather disappointing.

Best Experience: Room service was really prompt.
