I am plantimum member for this hotel. really too good .. service wise too good whenever i am travelling to mumbai i use to stay in this hotel

Nice place to stay, if your budget is not a limitation. Rooms are luxurious, services are excellent, food is decent (breakfast was good but lunch was Not so good), overall worth staying in there.

Best Experience: At the entrance there is strict security checks(for your safety only), thereafter it is all luxury at your footstep.

Worst Experience: Lunch was horrible, I would like to change the dress code for staff for a better cause.

My best hotel experience i India till date. My second visit to this hotel so far.
