"Good experience"

I booked this hotel for 2-days and it was an booking on telephone call to the hotel manager. Overall my experince was average.

Best Experience: The booking experience was good, food and welcome was also good. The most good thing of this hotel is the economical cost for stay with having fully secured surrounding. Apart from all this Hotel manager also guided us to sort out the places to visit in ooty, and this guidance really helped us to enjoy our trip at ooty.

Worst Experience: The thing lagging was with the room facility, its cleaness and vehicle parking.
