"Good experience"

I had wonderful experience staying at hotel omega residency.i liked the room and facilities.

Best Experience: When we finalised to stay in hotel,they provided free pick up service to place where we were.and they said that free pick n drop n complimentary breakfast is provided to all customers.

Worst Experience: I told the front office to arrange a cab to drop me to airport at 3:30 am and they arranged a car that was in very very bad condition and they charged the same price as an ac cab service in delhi charges.this incident spoiled my mood in the view that the hotel and other facilities are nice but they did it just for the sake of rs.100-200.
