I have no good opinion about the hotel as there were no good service and the room were not that clean, we weren\'t comfortable staying at this hotel. They have to improve on the maintenance part of the hotel.

It is like a home-run hotel. There is no professionalism in the work and attitude of the staff or management. Typical 'sarkari' hotel. Rooms are decent, and housekeeping is pretty efficient but kitchen staff and front office is very laid back. Their location close to the Bird Sanctuary is their biggest advantage.

Best Experience: Food quality is good, and they serve you almost like home-cooked meals. But service is slow. And water is horribly salty.

Worst Experience: The hotel does not have any facility for power back-up, and that is ridiculous. In the event of a power cut, which in our case lasted over 4 hrs, the only option is a bellboy with a candle who reaches you after half an hour and after calling many times.

Location wise its excellent and the property has his potential and that’s about it,the climate was really awesome and we enjoyed it,and We were surprised, though, to find the mist swirling around the dining room of our hotel.The staff were polite and very helpful,Positive thing about the hotel was that it is just 1/2 km from the bird century.Food was good and reasonable i can sujjest this hotel to all..................

it was very bad experience stayed here for 3 days food was not good rooms was not clean bed bugs it was a very worst experience.

Worst Experience: the rooms was not good very bad problem of bed bugs bedshits was not clean.

it was a very worst experience here i had ever taught it will be like this. bed bugs with faith, stayed here for 2 days, there is nothing at all interesting in this place very bad hotel rooms was not clean service was not good it was a very bad experience.

Best Experience: nothing was my best here.

Worst Experience: the place is filled with loads of bed bugs.
