I have stayed at various hotels of the same category at Kolkata but found it to be the best among it competitiors. the courtesy of the stalwarts who escort you to the room is awesome. I found the unique trend of all the stalwarts doing NAMASTE with FOLDED HANDS to the guests. Its such a nice place to stay. I would recommend all to stay n feel the ambience for yourself to have the moment of lifetime.

Best Experience: executives escorting the guest to room to explain all the dtails of the room.

Located in Kolkata , Very Good Hotel and pleasant stay,Kolkata is a very difficult place to handle.This is a fantastic hotel from the time you check in & till the time you checkout, very good hospitality.Enjoyed the Thai restaurant and lunch by the pool.the rooms are spacious, nice view of the lawns and the pool is also located in middle of the hotel.

Great place , we definitely had a very good stay. The service is very good and the food too. This is a very nice hotel no doubt it and a good place to stay at .

The hotel is beautiful both inside and out. It is well laid out overlooking a central courtyard. luxury and superb service.In terms of amenity the Oberoi is superbly well located, rooms were modern, the pool was wonderful and the staff was gracious. they have a bakery with delicious pastries, such as brownies, cookies and chocolate cakes and even more elaborate ones like Opera.

The best part of this hotel is their staff . I have never seen staff so helpful ... They will always have a smile on their face .Rooms are very beautiful and nicely decorated .There was no noise from outside and it was so calm and pleasant stay,and It is quite a large property and in the centre of the city and very close to the New Market ,they have the best hospitality....and my stay was really good....satisfied with everything...
