I loved the time when we visited this destination , The weather was so good and the place where we took up the stay was also good . Overall this so happened to be a very nice trip .

Best Experience: beautiful destination and its perfect place for couples to hang out .

Heaven Holiday Resort has all the basic facilities. The road was not good. Everything was fine apart form this. The view was great . Food was tasty. Service was good.

for some reason , the place was a complete let down , the destination is perfect but the choice we made wasn\'t a good one, was dissapointed with the service , so slow and arrogant, the food had little choice and not worth the money , the rooms were not what we expected , i did not think that the place did any sort of justice.

Worst Experience: the service was sooo laid back that it only brew anger.

The resort is located close to Boat house which is good but the road which leads to the resort was terribly bad. The rooms were maintained clean and hot water was available round the clock. We just had breakfast during our stay and the taste was good. But there was only one guy to serve the coffee/breakfast to all rooms which was a bit frustating. Its overall worth the cost except for the road.

ooty is also called as the blue mountains .it is famous for chocolate.. you just get mouth watering chocolates.. never miss eating it .the hotel is not that good the service was ok .

Worst Experience: the worst thing was there was no cleanliness maintained in the hotel.the rooms were also not good
