I met my husband for the first time at Taj Bengal Kolkata.. All the memories became more special because of the ambiance and super hostile staff ! Loved every moment spent there !!

Best Experience: We were in the Taj Coffee Shoppe . our first meeting..our parents sitting in the lounge .. we were over whelmed with the way the staff comforted us and even clicked pics for us.. The food also added to the charm of the occassion.

Worst Experience: Nothing ! Taj Bengal is perfect

Its just like check in and relux. The check in time is a as little as you say a hello! (If the booking is confirm.) I apreciate the worm welcome of Taj without sacrifising the security check. Its a worth paying to The Tata\'s Taj.

Best Experience: The complementary health club and spa. Excellent temperature, humidity and illumination control.

I stayed in Rom No.133 of taj Bengal on 20th August,2010. It was very pleasant experience. everything in Room was as per my requirement. the hostess who took me to room was very co-operative. I will like to stay in Taj Bengal whenevr in future I get a chance to vist Kilkatta

Best Experience: I do not have current circular of my comapany regarding my entitlement for room Tariff. I was not feeling good paying more. However, the hostess make me available the relevant circular and I could enjoy the hotel .

Worst Experience: Due to Security reasons I have to do all formalities for going out for morning walk.

The ambience is wonderful. One of the best of Taj.

Worst Experience: Restaurants are in short supply. They are always full. It was the first time at a five star that I had to wait to just get a seat for food.
