"I stayed at this hotel..."

I stayed at this hotel last month for a 4 day business conference. Service was good, the rooms were expectedly luxurious but the quality of food was appalling, more so in view of the exorbitant rates. It is possible that the food served to the conference delegates was bad and the general a la carte food is better, but even this excuse is not acceptable, given the high prices.

Best Experience: The hotel car that picked me up from the airport in 45C Delhi weather, thoughtfully had a chilled bottle of water ready for me, a nice touch I thought.

Worst Experience: Terrible food, tasteless, unimaginative stodge. Because we were on a conference package, all meals were included. Im sorry to say that the meals were appalling. Any roadside Delhi dhaba would do better food. Shame on the Imperial.
