I went for my honeymoon and had booked API package with the Superior Deluxe Room but the room which given to me was worst...look like the standard Room quality...the staffs were not friendly except the front desk staff.

Worst Experience: Food...same taste and same disk repeated thrice. Mumbai Vada Pav is much better then that..

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We had made a prior booking but the hotel had given the same to some other people despite us arriving in time. After creating a hue and cry , a room in a wing still being constructed was alloted. It was smelly , full of mosquitoes and with No airconditioning. After repeated followup the cable was installed. Food was very average and the porters demanded tips upfront in case you asked for some service. Please do not stay here even if offered a free package.

Worst Experience: Bad Location, Pathetic service, horrible food, no water to drink - the list is endless. Pls avoid at all costs.

This was a family holiday with extended families and was a big group. Goa is the best place for relaxing, good food and cheap drinks(lots of Kings beer).The approach to the hotel could be a lot better as could its location as its bang on the main road in the market. Having said that, once you enter the hotel you get a feeling of calm and serenity. The reception desk could do with a little more prominence(or maybe the idea is to camouflage). Anyways, the rooms are minimally,yet nicely done. The hotel looks very nice,especially at night when its all lit up and theres live music by the pool.The one thing that could improve is the service and the food.The buffet breakfast(included in our package) was from 7am-10am. However if someone would prefer to have breakfast in room beyond this hour, there is nothing on offer from the kitchen other than a limited selection of sandwiches.There are no eggs!! which can usually be provided at other hotels round the clock..Other than this the hotel is a good place to throw back and relax, good poolside beds, massage center,restaurants,et al.
