The worst experience that I had. Rooms were very badly maintained. No good ventilation for toilets. Food was satisfactory. No activities were arranged in the resort which was promised by them. Worms were found inside the room. No safety for the people who stay there because the rooms were not closed properly. I suggest you to go to some other resort. On all my overall experience, I suggest you that this resort is a waste of time and more important thing is money.

The locale is very good, not well-maintained. Needed several calls to Bangalore, to get additional tents organized for members in the group (Only 15 went on tour in lieu of originally promised 18 member group). Food was ordinary although tasty, not a large spread. Rooms are lower than basic, with no fans, and only one light. Power connection seems like a boon. Generator backup works with request and some persuasion for short stretches. As expected there was no TV or mobile connections (Excepting at one corner of the ground at the topmost point in the resort). Maintenance of property needed some work. Only had a good time due to the company we had. The rates are exorbitant considering what is on offer, with little value for money. There are some activity lined up, we did not go for the trek, which I feel would be something that could have been interesting. The others including mud court volleyball and rain dance was organized. It seems that only weekend group crowd is entertained. And hence cannot recommend anyone with family to be there among the wilderness.

Let me highlight the Good things first. Nice place in the middle of beautiful surrounding. Everything is neat and clean. The resort guys are very kind and cooperative. Food is good especially the breakfast. Lots of outdoor fun activities are there so it's better to go with a big team. Water and pond activities are good and kind of different. Altogether it's a place where you want to seek peace of mind!

Bad things - First, we were disappointed by the quality of fish they provided, when they had initially promised us during the booking to provide us good quality fish.

Secondly, we still don't know who flicked our 4 beer tins!! Be careful when you keep your liquors in the resorts fridge and have proper count of them. Since there is only one brand of beer available, you need to take your booze along with you.

Last one, the water pond gets little dirty since the bottom is all mud and stones. Be cautious while playing Mud volleyball, many sharp stones are hiding under the mud!!!

If you avoid these things then, I can say its a nice place!!

It was a great pleasure and wonderful experience staying at this resort which is in the heart of Western Ghats, Sakleshpur, Hassan !! We all friends (some of them with family) had been to this place last weekend and it was just awesome !! We had traditional Karnataka food both veg and non-veg. Kids enjoyed their lazy water rides in the lake. We enjoyed the boating and walking on the rope just above the lake. There is a play area for football, volleyball and shuttle etc.

Really adventure place to stay. Rooms were neat and clean. Our package was with complete meals and we enjoyed the food, we had done little bit of trekking from our place. They had arranged camp fire, it was very good and they had outdoor games like mud volley ball we enjoyed a lot. This property has tent accommodation also but we chose rooms. Overall experience was very good.

Resort was good. Location of the hotel was best. Appearance of the hotel was fine. Booking service was excellent. Rooms were very nice. Food was delicious. Indoor and outdoor activities were available in the hotel. Staff services were perfect. Sakleshpur as tourist place is wonderful. I went there with my family. It was adventure and relaxation trip. I had no bad experience in this hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and other tourists.

I had been here with my office colleagues, a group of 14. All of us were a little skeptical of the resort as the road towards it was not very inviting but our skepticism vanished the moment we set our foot in the resort. The resort had a photogenic backdrop where most of my photographer friends spent their rest of their day clicking the flora & the fauna. The rest of us were welcomed with a big heart by the care takers there.

The resort has multiple options for spending time. A mud volley ball court (the best amongst all) a volley ball court, a pond , rain dance. Unfortunately we could not trek thanks to heavy rainfall on the day we visited.

Food and hospitality was awesome. Overall a great value for money.

Overall experience was good. Because of activities at the resort, food, friendly and honest staff. This is a good weekend getaway place. There is no cell network and no TV. So you can relax all you want without any disturbances.

Best Experience: The homestay is run by friendly staff. And is on the slope of a small hill. Very natural. Things to do are 1) a natural pool made of flowing water. Rope walking and a swing to dive into it. 2) Food - Homely food. 3) Bonfire - Multiple bonfire points so that every group of guests can have their own private bonfire. 4) Mud volleyball - They fill ankle deep water in a volleyball court made of mud. Great fun. 5) A small ground to play cricket, frisbee etc. 6) No TV - who needs a TV on a holiday? 6) No mobile phone network - Call free holidays.

Worst Experience: Rooms were average.
