Hotel Review of Kalinga,Hotel
Comments: This hotel's best advantage is its location. It is very close to the main Indore train station, just a KM or two away. Its in the heart of the main area of Indore, Tukoganj with the big mall , Treasure Island at a 5 minutes walk.
There are ample hotels in ths area.

The rooms are basic and a little cramped. It has an AC deluxe, executive rooms, etc. But non of the higher priced rooms offer better facilities apart from a little more space.

The food here in the hotel is excellent!! We ate all our meals at this hotel. The staff is courteous and prompt, only that they have 3 restaurants which are sometimes booked for parties and on 3 occassions inspite of asking the staff for a seat, they would ask us to move to another of their restaurants because they forgot it was booked for a party ! 3 times was a little too much.
Best Experience: They have a rooftop restaurant which we couldn't try. But the kitchen i believe is common. The food is really very good.
Worst Experience: Some of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke so we were thankful when there was only 1 room among those vacant that didn't have this smell.
