Indus Valley Resort Reviews
An average place to stay. Though the person who was incharge of our room named "Abdul" did his job really well. He is indeed an asset to the resort! Loads of errors were made in the resort such as no electricity for about 3 hours in the afternoon the day we arrived. No cable connection as well until late night and no air conditioner was working for....Read More
Hotel is located in remote area but the ambiance is good. It's a family hotel and you can relax in hotel washroom and everything was clean only thing is WiFi is not available in rooms which is mentioned while booking so only 3 stars.
Electricity problem .. No power backup .. Service is okay .. But package includes only veg meal which is not specified. Little difficulty in finding location.
The hotel is an average hotel but is a great value for money. If you are looking for a budget hotel you cannot get a better deal then this. The location is good if your intent is to relax . .
Hotel room is neat and well maintained... Pool and recreation rooms are good... Can improve the food quality, else it's very good... Nice place for staying with family and value for money. Worth trying.
I visited this resort to celebrate my Anniversary, Room which was provided to me was OK Bathtub was like not cleaned from many days. Corridor was not cleaned. Upon asking for different room I was been told that they do not have other rooms available but as observation there were rooms available. Hotel was good but in remote location service were up to the mark only last day faced problem of electricity other things were up to mark but there is of cleanliness they don't clear room every day food quality was good swimming pool available so average resort.
Starting my 1st trip with my partner, liked the ambience, the approach by the people there, the room was amazing, somewhere with regards to food that was promised was not there, had to wait for the food for a long time. Overall an experience to be treasured. Good Job to the entire staff.
Not bad but not good as well... There is a bathtub but there is not stopper for it. Food very nice but little expensive. Breakfast options are not much I mean only 2 options kept. Bill payment was on spot which should not happen. Billing should be at the time of check-out.. Overall, I only liked the food..
Where do I start. Stinking Towels. Dust on bed sheets and sofa in the room. Cockroach in bathroom and near swimming pool. The path that leads to the rooms were so dirty and full of dust. I just happen to visit their dining area and happen to see their kitchen and I ended up skipping my breakfast. I had opted for 2 nights stay but checked out only i....Read More
Top 5 Reviews of Indus Valley Resort
Nice budget hotel, nice staff, food is medium but not lower, good service and nice budget resort. Enjoyed the good location, Makemytrip is good, nice thing is the location, nice rooms but not the bed.
Indus Valley Resort is very near to wax museum as well as to shooting point. Near by mean of within 2-3 kms from above two points. External look is very good as well as service and room interior too. There is a very nice and well- maintained swimming pool too. Enjoyed a lot with table tennis and carom at night. Worth to book.
Excellent service in the hotel, food was fabulous, rooms are also good. The only improvement required is road condition outside the hotel.. For family outing the hotel worth.
Except cleanliness all is well. They are providing clean towels & pillows after request. Washroom was also cleaned after telling to them. Close to Lonavala. Food was very nice and normal rates. Value for money. Thanks to MakeMyTrip & Indus valley.
Beautiful place, far from the noisy market place, good view from the room. Very beautiful and scenic. TV, AC and other amenities in good condition. Memorable holiday at Indus Valley Resort. Bathroom was clean and neat with all basic amenities. Food was awesome with Jain food was available. Kithen people cooked Jain food for just our family as normal food was with onions and potatoes.
