Well-furnished rooms and cooperative staff

Posted 26 Feb, 2016

The hotel excelled itself in all aspects. We were overwhelmed when we reached the resort. The rooms were enormous and well furnished. The heaters provided were excellent. The restaurants were amazing. Particularly the Assamese restaurant was excellent. We were introduced to Assamese cuisine by the manager. The coffee shop was excellently managed by the staff and were very cooperative. The food quality was excellent and delicious. I would rate this resort the best in Kaziranga after having visited the best that are located there!

Fantastic stay; well-maintained rooms

Posted 1 Jan, 2015

There was no delay in check-in and check-out facility. Surrounding of the hotel was very good. Behaviour of the staff members was fine and I had no issue about their services. Location of the hotel was very good and it was very nearby the city but far from the shopping mall and temple. I had no problem to find this hotel. I have one suggestion for other travellers that they need to book their rooms in advance otherwise, on the spot rooms will not available. Overall, my experience there was fantastic. Inside and outside look of the hotel was nice. Swimming pool and other entertainment activities were available there and they all were well maintained. I visited there with my family in June month 2012. I booked suite room there and it was spacious and well maintained. Any scenic view was not available from the room. Bed sheet and other furnishing were in clean condition. All basic amenities were available like TV. AC was not required there. My stay was for two days there. I took my food inside the hotel and quality wise, it was good. Many varieties were available there like veg, non-veg, continental, etc. Travel desk facility was available there. My destination in Kaziranga was value for money. I would like to inform other travellers that they should not visit this place in June month.
