It was Nice two days for both us . Enjoyed Mr Mrs Cariappa hospitality and I must say it was really rejuvenating experience They have really kept the place very artistic and there eye for details is simply great . we have had a very beautiful time thanks once again

Best Experience: Polaycad looks best when it rains , we had long Morning walk in the mist covered coffee estate I must say that is highlight of whole trip . And the food is Good it really complement the stay . nice decked up library also nicely fit into the slow pace vaction if one desire to have . I simply spent most of my time reading cominc and in mid of coffee estate

The Polycaud Bungalow has excellent hosts. The hosts are helpful and courteous. The food spread was excellent esp. the dinner. The dessert - passion fruit jelly plus coconut milk cream topping was delicious. The breakfast was very good, not a vast spread, however, the puttus were very, very good. The bungalow is very relaxing, however, do note that taking kids esp. the naughty kind might be a bit stressful. This is primarily due to the large number of fragile artefacts kept in and around the various rooms, so will take some of your efforts. The place is best suited for people who want to have breakfast and dinner and tour the whole day. The owners didnt seem too inclined to serve lunch so plan your day accordingly. Given the age of the Cariappas (the owners), you do get a feeling you are staying with parents as they do keep an eagle eye to make sure you do not spoil anything. Its a wonderful estate and bungalow, and great place to relax in the evenngs. People who like an urban life be aware there is no TV/wifi.

This is an excellent place if you want to chill out. Mr. Cariappa and Mrs Malli are very good. The kitchen dishes out some of good local cuisine !

Best Experience: We travelled with our 3 yr old daughter, Cariappas were taking care of as they do it for their Grandkid !

Best Experience: 1.Great Food. Got a chance to taste the local cuisine. 2. Great rooms even though they are a little pricey

Worst Experience: 1. We had hired an Innova for the trip, only after we had reached the estate we were told that No basic accommodation for the driver will be provided. We had to looking for the drivers acco in the nearby town. The cheapest driver acco is available at Rs.300 per night as there is only one lodge. The driver informed us that the lodge will be shutdown very soon. 2. Very few activities

i spend 2 nights and 3 days in polaycad. i have great experiance in polaycad, mr and mrs ceriyappa are soo nice and lovable persons. they guide in all accepts. we enjoyed alot in polaycad.

Best Experience: rooms are soo nice and soo clean in sorrounding of bungalow. ceriyappa explained us abt coffee trees and fruit trees which is around the estate.

Worst Experience: when we go polaycad that time soo raining so we dont have power.
