It is conveniently located near the govt boat jetty and all major attractions are located nearby. A nice looking and well maintained place, it offers a good ambiance although the nearby main road is a bit too crowded and noisy.

Best Experience: Booking and service were quite prompt. Staff was helpful and they also helped in visiting my place of interest by arranging an auto rickshaw early in the morning. I also found the price cheaper than most other hotels offering similar facilities.

We reached there on 18th Oct and the weather was perfect. This place is 14 kms - 25 mins from kottayam station - taxi rs. 400 for the good old ambassador (non ac). The place looks nothing like they have shown in the website. Its a simple kerala house. rooms are basic and are good only if you are a backpacker.... The food is available only on order and the food is baddd. No activities. You ar woken up by 4:30 m by prayers on loudspekers from a near by temple. Only thing to do is go boating or walk to other resorts you had wished you had booked yourself in to. The beauty of the place lies in the rate charged.....

Best Experience: Service was good - people are very humble and want to help but do not have the means to...

Worst Experience: Food was bady prepared...not even decent sambar or dosa...which is basic kerala food...
