It is good place food was good and the ambiance was very good i like the view from the resort.

Best Experience: i like the view a lot and it was very relaxed.

Worst Experience: No it did not experience anything such.

Our family had a stay at the alleppey beach resort last week and i am sure that was my worst experience with a resort while on a holiday. we had taken an a/c room at the rate of Rs 4250/-. The power was off early morning next day and even the intercom phone was off and we couldnt get in touch with the reception. By about 11.30 am (check out time 12pm) when i went to the reception to enquire, i was told that since they thouht that the guset were out of the room, they had switched off power !!!. .. They didnt even reduce a penny on the final bill and even charged the mineral water that they had kept in the room (without getting order from us). Also the choice of food is very limited. We dont have choices..they say that they have this and this and we have to choose in between them,. Another incident was, when i asked for an additional ’appam’ for break fast, the reply was \'if i go and tell the cook, he will scold and shout at me\'!!! So would highly recommend not to choose this resort as its absolutely a waste of money.

Worst Experience: Almost the entire experience was a nightmare..

I was looking for a beach resort and this beach is at an excellent location. But the beach is not at all clean, so I do not feel like going to the beach. I was looking for a privacy and it is maintained in the resort. So i enjoyed it. The resort do not have any games [indoor and outdoor] accept volleyball so make sure u have good company to enjoy. The best part for me is I got very nice North Indian food. I was not expecting it to be so good. The service and people are of great help and they are very good at service. High level of satisfaction in service and people behavour. You see smile at there faces and it is gave us the smile too. The rooms are not ultra clean but yeh they are ok. I found spider nets on lamps, corner of the cupbords and in bath rooms. Also noticed a lizard ;). This can be a serious to some one but I did not bother. If you have plans of boat houses or some boat rides then the management will arrange every thign for you. But at a very hight cost. I felt it was 30% more then the market rate. I was looking for a nice and calm place with good service. I was satisfied.

The family loved almost everything about this resort, the sea, the cottage, the ambience, except...mebbe the food !

Best Experience: Uncorking the champagne to celebrate the b/day of one of our gang, on the balcony of the lone cottage just off the sea ! Then of course sipping it, watching the waves in the dark, sea breeze blowing in our faces..... !! Truly unforgetable !

Worst Experience: Why wud i wanna spoil the fun ??
