"Homely food, cold rooms"

It was a brilliant experience..The hotel is set amidst a lush green valley surrounding which are snow clad mountains..Cant ask for more..room service was efficient but never self initiated..

Best Experience: The best part of the stay was definitely food..Spicy but homely..

Worst Experience: i do not understand in which way this room is centrally heated..the chill in the room left us smoking rings of fog all the time..

"We started our trip with..."

We started our trip with a fantastic stay at Gulmarg. The hotel was absolutely good, good rooms, good service and good food. The staff was very co-operative and prompt in service. The food was very good and had authantic Kashmiri taste. Gulmarg is a nice place to enjoy. We really felt sorry as our was for only one day. I feel one should stay here for at least 3-4 days to really enjoy the beauty. Trip to Khilanmarg by Cable car was just good and we had a nice time there.

Best Experience: Every thing was good.

Worst Experience: Nothing except the paint smell as the hotel maintenance was going on. But I would not complain about it as everything else was just too good.
