It was a good family trip. The package included breakfast and dinner for entire family in a Triple room. Hotel staff suggested a good holiday plan. I had been to this hotel 26 years before for my honeymoon and so felt nostalgic about it. They have upgraded the facility since then

Best Experience: The room was spacious and cozy. Food, especially the idlis were too good and relishing and the restaurant staff were prompt to inform when the food was ready and overall very courteous

Worst Experience: Room service is bad and they totally skipped cleaning on one day, although the staff had marked all rooms cleaned. The room service delivery boys(child labour?) were too raw and wrongly pushed the door bell in late night hours to deliver some items meant for another guest room. The faucet in the wash basin of living room was improperly designed, leaking waters to the floor. Checkout was too slow and the only guy in the checkout was too busy attending calls instead of checking us out on time and we almost missed the downhill bus due to the delay

The hotel was good but it was little far off from the main centre. The service was very good and even the food was very good and hot. The rooms are also very spacious and clean.

Best Experience: The best example is the owners of the hotel had visited us and was very happy to see us all.

Worst Experience: The worst experience is I had breathing problem due to the cold and the hospital was far away but the hotel had an transport by which I had been to the hspital and was treated.
