It was a neat place and the staff were good. Its a well maintained one with a pool and a pub with great music. The chinese resturant is also good. I will anytime recommend it.

Best Experience: They would just walk an extra mile to do what you want. I like the broad smiles and thieir genuine interest to make you feel at home.

Worst Experience: none

A nice hotel with access to different locations in MLR. The room service was prompt and excellent. The tariff is a bit too high - 2000/night - and is probably worth 1500/night. The complimentary breakfast is good with not many items. Best to have the breakfast - 730 am....any later and you will have to fight for spoons, juice etc.

Best Experience: The front office was very helpful in giving information abt local sight seeing. The room service was very efficient.

Worst Experience: There is no separate kids swimming pool and a very narrow stretch of pool of 4\' depth is where kids can enjoy. Adults would have to do supervision lest the kids drift into the larger pool. The tariff I guess is steep.

Overall experience was good. Room facilities and food were very good. The staff members were very helpful. However, sometimes, they were not following our instructions properly. For example, my laundry did not get picked up. However, they made up for it by getting it back at the same time they would have, otherwise. Travel desk could get a little better if they had maps/directions to some nearby tourist destinations. They provided us only a city map of Mangalore. We, however, got nice drivers from the contacts they provided us. I stayed there for 3 days. The stay was good. Mine was not a business trip. So, I cannot comment about the conference rooms, etc. BUT, there is no internet center at the hotel itself.

Not very great stay at the city but I believe that it is one of the few decent places to stay. Overall a drag but then there are not many options.

Best Experience: The best experience would be the air-conditioning cooling of the room although the room was very old and not very clean.

Worst Experience: The worst experience is the overall appearence of the hotel lobby and the food. The worst south indian breakfast that you can start the day with and the ordered room service room is inconsistently bad both in taste and for your system.

It was okay, except for th food it was awful, especially the breakfast.

Best Experience: In all hotel\'s I have stayed breakfast is always tastier, but Moti Mahal was awful. It puts your day off.

Worst Experience: Breakfast was neither tasty nor it was hot nor was it well presented .
