It was a wonderfull experience and it is located 4.5 lm from ST stand, Mahabaleshwar... hence if you want to visit the mahabaleshwar market,I like the overall service of hotel,the rooms were so spacious and well furnished,and the bathroom was so neat and clean,food quality was up to the mark,especially good value for money,overall the stay was wonderfull and peacefull..

The first thing you will notice about Swiss country is that this resort highly overpriced as compared to most of the hotels in Mahabaleshwar. Me and my wife took a Standard room for 2 nights . As we reached there, we noticed that the construction is very old and definitely not well maintained. Size of the room was horribly small just having a queen size bed for two. Bathroom had broken tiles and leaky plumbing. Food was highly overpriced and was very average in quality. The only good thing about this hotel is its location and view from the hotel rooms. Secondly, staff was quite friendly and cordial.... Finally our suggestion to you is: if you don’t have any other option, then you can chose this resort

Worst Experience: Over priced food and room. Poorely maintained and small sized rooms....

the hotel ambiance is quite attractive.they had all the facilities.but the hotel is quite away from the town. I really enjoyed my vacation a lot.the rooms were good and presentable.the hotel management is pretty good.

Room service was great. Laundary is collected every morning and delivered the same day.A great value for money.the accommodation is clean and comfortable and the food is very good. Staffs are extremely good and obliging

Best Experience: generally people take a break for good sleep to relax and have good food but i guess everything was missing .inface we were 21 people so it was a total let down for the payment we made and experience we got

Worst Experience: like the room were bad the a.c not working the place to have food was not enough for all the food did not have variety what was required a totally let down and i was feeelig bad for my friends who came along with me
