It was good. Comfortable stay and good behaviour of staffs.

Best Experience: Even after our scheduled time for vaccating the room, they provided us faciclity for keeping our bags and belongings. Was very helpful.

Worst Experience: Nothing like worst experience, but they need to improve their food quality and rooms should be more hygiene.

very nice. beautiful locations. good looking hotel, having taesty food, near to the shopping centers and market, overall it is very nice to the families who r going to ooy (the grand shapphire ooty ).

Best Experience: having a taste food and playing with the children in hte front garden. it was my best experience. and a lot.

Good ambiance.if you are going with your kids then it is a perfect place as they have of things for kids and also lot of rabbits.close to market and botanical garden

Best Experience: They have provided their van to us for the local uses without any charges.good guidance for any new tourist to ooty.food was good.cleanness is ok.morning breakfast is excellent and is complementary.pickup and drop from railway station by their own vehicle.quick service.overall it is worth for the money they charge.

Worst Experience: If it is ground floor, you can not see out side from room window as it is covered by wall and it looks you are completely packed,where as if you stay on 1st floor it will give you beautiful look of ooty from balcony or window.i stayed in ground floor

The hotel view is very fantastic even the rooms are very big and well comforted with all the facilities in it.The weather was really good when i visited the hotel.The interior designs were also very nice which enhances to the beauty of the hotel.

Best Experience: It was really good staying here and i personally felt the stay in this hotel was worthful.Staff hospitality was excellent.The food quality was good and tasty even the prices of the food were reasonable.

This was a good hotel in ooty. The location was excellent.They have a very nice garden. It looked very nice and charming and they dint let us down in terms of service. It was all good.My daughter really enjoyed this place.
