It was indeed big pleasure staying and traveling with Saikrupa. I must thank all Saikrupa staff and specially to Mr. Suman Mukharjee for giving us absolute homely atmosphere there. We stayed at Gangtok, Lachung and Peeling and the experience everywhere was same and consistent. The food quality, room facilities, overall ambiance was excellent. We were made pretty comfortable from the very first minute till end (8 days). Everything was delivered as promised without any hiccups and it was absolutely cost effective as compared to seven other options I had evaluated. I must also appreciate genuine unbiased advice given by Mr. Suman Mukharhjee with which I could save several thousand rupees during my journey. I am also amazed by the response time in which my queries were addresses before as well as after booking. It took me only 1.5 days to book the entire tour. This group is absolutely trustworthy and I would recommend Saikripa to anybody and everybody who are planning to visit Sikkim. Once again thank to Saikripa group for giving us wonderful holidays.

One word. It was a pleasant experience with Sai Kripa. I stayed in Gangtok, Lachung and Pelling in Sai Kripa. All staffs, with no exception, are courteous and very helping nature. They offered me a very nice package though I travelled alone. Mr. Suman Mukherjee was very professional replying to my mails and attending my phone calls. Mr. Chakraborthy was very helpful in every possible way. Lachung experience was especially a good one. Though I was the only person stayed there for around 5 days the staffs stayed there and served me well. Limitless teas whenever I asked. Great food for like almost 4 times a day. Overall, next time in Sikkim, it would be with Sai Kripa. I will recommend this hotel.

I with a gp of friends,5 of us decided to tour Sikkim. From, HolidayIq, I got the name of Hotel Saikripa. I sent the a mail. Immediate response from Mr.Chakroborty,reservation manager. I sent him my wishes of visitng Gtk,Lachung and Pelling. He made excellent arrangement and plan at a very reasonable cost. We were very happy.

Best Experience: Arrangement that he made was superb, excellent hospitality. Good food in GTK, not so in Pelling

Worst Experience: Unsatsfactory cooking in Pelling. Overall, little disappointed with Sikkim-personal opinion

I have booked my tour to Sikkim with Mr.Suman Mukherjee of Sai Kripa. The tour was nicely planned by Sai Holidays. The hotels Sai Kripa in Gagtok and Sai Rabdentse in Pelling was excellent. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The food was excellent and staff was cordial and helpfull. One could have a magneficent view of mount Kanchenjhunga from hotel rooms. During our return journey, we have to take flight from Bagdogra, so left the hotel 0330Hrs in the morning. In so cold weather, the hotel has nicely packed our breakfast so early in the morning. I will reccommend this hotel.

Best Experience: Nice hospitality.

Hotel Sai Kripa is a nice hotel with all modern amenities and very prompt room service.Its manager Mr. Mukherjee is a nice gentleman and cordial.Food quality is good but price is comparatively high.I will prefer to stay in this hotel during my next visit but will think about fooding.Those who are coming to this hotel are required to come with cash only (not card).Because you have to pay your food/room heater/laundry bills immediately.

Best Experience: Very nice amenities.Prompt room service.Tour arrangement by the hotel(costlier).

Worst Experience: No card acceptance and immediate cash payment for any service (No waiting till the the check out).The policy of Hotel is today's account today.
