It was ma nice experience,,, never seen such views n resort... food is excellent n nice place to hang out... one shud really visit this place.. Thanx to the M.D of this resort to make such a lovely resort where we can refresh n rejuvenate ourselves

Positives: Good ambience and location. Well designed. However, more sophistication can be expected from the maintenance. What ever food available is very tasty. Not so good: The variety of food is very less - only north Indian. With small kids who need spiceless food, you will not get. Gym not maintained well. Swimming pool maintenance can be better. Ideal for couples who want to get away from a busy world. Not so great for families with kids as the rooms are pretty small.

Best Experience: Very good atmosphere. The play area was enjoyable for the children. The flow of river cauvery next to the resort is too good. Food given was always tasty.

Worst Experience: Room service needs to be improved. They boys serving would have to make multiple trips as something or the other is forgotten in the first serving! There was always water pouring out of the head tank and so it was like a perpetual rain time infront of our room.

This resort is a nice place to visit over the weekend from Bangalore. The rivulet close to the resort is very beautiful in the early mornings. There are many birds to be seen. The nearby village is worth paying a visit to shoot photographs.

Best Experience: Loved the serenity and tranquility of the place early in the morning. Rooms are clean and big. Food at the restaurant is nice

Worst Experience: Room service is very slow. Most of the time we had to walk up to the front desk to get water or call to change bed sheets

Been a Horrible experience.Worst experience ever with stay in a resort. Never seen staff demanding Tip, and almost insulting you if you don\'t pay, while a board in the reception says dont pay them any Tip. Restaurant folks were really rude, took 30 minutes to get a coffee, didn\'t deliver plates with home delivery, was throwing food on the table, behaving like street rowdies if you ask anything, lights are not working, backup generator down, ask me what not, complete chaos. No proper lock on the cottage doors, so cant keep anything inside and go out. The worst part is there is absolutely no one out there who is responsible for that place to whom you could complain. All I could see was a queue of guests checking out, everyone really upset and promises to never come back, like me. It was the only thing that spoiled my trip. Whoever is the owner, poor guy he don\'t know that his staff is ripping his business apart and damaging his reputation in business.

Worst Experience: 1. Asked for a coffe, and the restaurant guy almost yelled me asking \'What ?\' 2. You ask for anything, it takes 30 mts ..whether its for Coffe, water 30 mts, or any foog 3. Staff is really bad, almost asks you for Tip, and insults you if you dont pay!.
