It was the first time I stayed in a ITC run Fortune run hotel and was impressed by the level of cleanliness and also the personalized service. The day we were to check in, it was late in the midnight and thinking that the restaurent may not be open we had taken our dinners elsewhere. While checking we were asked about our dinner and on being told that we had it, the person said since we will be checking in late they had informed the kitchen to be prepared for some late night guests.

location was very nice, the staff was very courteous, the food was good , the rooms were good too,a nice stay.

Best Experience: nothing to write home about

An average hotel. The stay was reasonably comfortable but no great shakes. The rooms are reasonably comfortable.

Worst Experience: Hotel not geared to handle large groups.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise..!! Food was great and the service exquisit.

Worst Experience: difficulty in getting a conveyance.

Very good experience - the Fortune / ITC standards are well maintained.. rooms are very well done, professional staff, excellent restaurant.

Best Experience: We checked in Fortune after a pathetic experience at hotel Hari Nivas Palace. The staff courtesy & room feel was really relaxing & in stark contrast to what we faced at the other hotel.
