It was the worst experience I ever had. No hot water, room service is very bad, service boys behaviour is very rude. When power goes OFF no backup/generator. I was the worst hotel in OOty. I planned to have good time in OOty with my family, overall it was completely frustrating experience. I beg you kindly please please please don\'t suggest this hotel to any one. I wrote these comments with honest and with complete sense. Please don\'t spoil others money, time and happiness.

Best Experience: About hotel nothing is Good. OOty is good place and kunoor is very nice place to see, tea gardens are amazing.

the accommodation in the hotel is good and services are also good.

Best Experience: though there is check in fixed at 12.00 noon it is possible to check in well before. local sight seeing arrangements are good.

Worst Experience: while booking the accommodation online it was stated that there is complimentary breakfast. but while checkin the hotel they refused to provide so. they also state that there are so many complaints of such nature. they inform us that the online booking agencies are booking the rooms and facilities in the hotel without the concurrence from the hotel administration. this will indirectly cost us more. we expended nearly Rs.600/- in excess than actually charged by the hotel we stayed.

nice location, it was a pleasant stay, room was very good & spacious too, well maintained very neat & clean, food was in nice quality all over a nice stay with wonderful experience.

Best Experience: a nice stay with pleasant experience.

Excellent place in the centre of the hill station with easy access to shopping, dine in any restaurants(innumerable),close to the botanical gardens,enjoy walking around..

Best Experience: Enjoyed the live IPL matches on TV in my room..
