It was very good. Loved the service and the food. The location is very beautiful.

Best Experience: Waking up early in the morning, and ordering for a nice cup of tea....sitting just outside my room in the resort and looking at the beautiful hill view with that amazing tea

Service is quite good. Dealing with the customers is very good. Food is very good. Atmosphere is beautiful . Suggestion: They can provide individual cottages rather than luxury rooms.

The stay was good.. especially because of the scenic view. This resort is situated on the top of a hillock and has amazing view...

Best Experience: The best experience was the early morning, as you could directly see sunrise from your room and if you step out, you could feel the early morning breeze, which is very clean and pure..

Worst Experience: The worst experience was when a group of 5-6 men came over to stay at the resort... and they got drunk and made lot of noise, played music on high volume which disturbed the calmness of the place.

Mr Deepak ... the manger at Camelot ... one gem of a guy ... took care of us from entry date to exit date ... even his staff ... extremly warm & hospitable ... i have even recommended this property to my friends and family ... what a sight outside the room ... u are living in the clouds ... heaven on earth ... My wife & i will definitely go back to stay here each time we visit Munnar ...

Best Experience: Meen Curry(fish curry) & rice ... with Pappadam ... ummmm .... just mouth watering and delicious ...

We went as a family of 4. Breathtaking drive up to the resort given that it is in the centre of tata tea\'s largest tea garden there. The owner Mr. Dileep personally supervises the resort giving every guest a good 1-on-1 interaction with him. The resort is well designed with 10 rooms each with scenic views of the hills and the estate. The biggest plus is the cozy activity centre for kids. Food is average..... but that can be said of most resorts out there. The staff are far more service oriented than what we found at other resorts. A great place for a 4 day stay with the kids out of your hair and great walks in the plantation
