Its OK as a transit point but facilities are limited.Nothing much to see around.One can go to Nainital which is about 30 KMs away.

Worst Experience: Frequent Power interruptions.A/C ineffective.

It was not good lace to stay, reason no electricity most of the time and power backup was worst. In winter probably it is better.

Its a good place to stay for overnight journey, the service is good and staff are very friendly.

This hotel is situated strategically between the Kathgodam Railway Station and Kathgodam bus depot. This is just beside the rod and is ideally suited for a night stay. If you are coming form mountains and want a night\'s stay, before going back to Delhi, or want a night\'s stay before going up to the mountains, this is ideal. The hotel is comfortable, with nice rooms. The Super Delux is really good.

Best Experience: The service is excellent. The dinner and breakfast arrived exactly on time - with clock-like precision. It is very rare to get such service, even in big private hotels and I can vouch for it, based on personal expereince.

Worst Experience: The generator does not work. So, during two hour power cut, it was really terrible as it was really hot. As power cuts are regular and frequemt, authorities should try to keep a generator in the hotel, at least to provide the fans.
