Best Experience: The veg food that we wanted without any influence of no veg - dedicated resto made it our preferred choice over other

Worst Experience: None as it was organised well even though it was long weekend and rush in Yercaud.

We stayed here for 2Night and One day ..the food was so testy and delicious, we love the service and specially they have Customer representative who is so friendly and good in nature.

Pleasant, the surroundings and the room was good, making it rule out the troubles we had to face otherwise.The food was fine too.

Best Experience: Rooms are spacious and well maintained

Worst Experience: Could have done better with the amenities.... Also was disappointed with the water heating system , had a GEYSER! had to wait for the water to heatup that too for a jacuzzi!Laundry service was also bad ...De turned up with an iron box at our door with our washed clothes and asked us to iron it up ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are also very nice. We received nice service over there. We didn’t participate in any activities. We stayed there only during the nights and would go out by early morning. The locality is nice and we saw adults as well as children enjoying. The reception and front desk was quite efficient. Overall we had a good experience.
