Its a wonderful place, value for money ! We were out most of the times and came back to the hotel very late, so service was not "tested" in the true sense but overal it was a good experience! Logistically, the hotel is bang opposite the bus stand so makes it easy to catch a bus to any aprt of Kerala.

Best Experience: Being in Kerala and having the hot tea out there is amazing and we used to order tea at any hour of the day/night and we used to get it, sometime as early as 3 am! Fresh faces serving fresh tea!

Worst Experience: none actually, but we had asked for Hot water in the bathrooms and i guess they have these solar panels and as it was monsoon, they had to do the heating thru the conventional electrical geysers, which was time consuming as they switched on the geyser only after we told them that the water was not hot enough. Ideally , in monsoons, by default the solar geyser should have been kept on the back burner!

Hotel was reasonable to stay because the rooms were in good condition and are maintained well. But the food in the hotel was worse.

Best Experience: Hotel has got a very rich look and the rooms were really good at that modest cost. Even the location where it is situated is facile as it is nearer to the busstand and temple.

Worst Experience: Food was really worst, and I could hardly see any housekeeping or room service person in any floor.

Average. The hotel was good in terms of accessibility, location which is near to the Guruvayoor temple, Private bus stand, railway station etc. The problem is the restaurants the food availability is for limited time. The room service is not good.

Best Experience: The front office staff is very co-operative and in a welcome mood.

Worst Experience: The room service was pathetic. When you order food from room, it will never reach. They even say they will call back, it will never happen, and after that you will not able to get them. So our order for dinner and break fast, drinking water was never met, rather we could not even reach them. Better to take food from outside and carry enough mineral water from outside. During our stay for 2 days and on night, we could see the used plates were kept in the corridor for two days, and till check out, it was not cleared.

Neat and clean; worth for money. Lot of rooms. Responsible people. Very near to Bus Stand.

Great Value for Money!! be it the room charges , the ambience and yes! the food itself

Best Experience: As planned we had to vacate the next day afternoon. But because of hartal in the state, we could not have moved out. But the hotel staff was kind enough to shift us to a AC room because a marriage party had booked all the non AC rooms from that day. It saved us hunting for a room in other hotels at Guruvayur.
