Its an awesome hotel to stay at. the location and the appearance of the hotel was great. the check in procedure went on smoothly. the service was was really quick. the staff were really prompt. the food and the drinks served were really good. the rooms were good.

Kumarakom is a beautiful back water destination.. The rooms were excellent comfortable beds the food was excellent with a Kerala cuisine.. the staff was friendly and helpful.. their was spa activities swimming pool, indoor games and outdoor games..

Went there for my honeymoon. The resort was great and it was just perfect for the both of us, the entire stay over there was very refreshing and relaxing and being our 1st time over there, we got to see a lot of things.

Best Experience: The food, people and the culture is just really great. The staff in the hotel made our stay a memorable one and will definitely go there again.

Worst Experience: The only thing was that it far from the city and some of the guests can only experience the stuff in the hotel and can very rarely go out.

overall experiance was great. my kids a very good time . we were all very relaxed.
