Its really one of the best hotel to stay at. the appearance was good and the hotel was located at the prime location. the rooms were really spacious with beautiful interiors. the food and the drinks served were really good and i really loved this hotel.

bangalore is fantastic place.. you can find all state people in one city,it just like a small world.best about the hotel is the location.. it is right opposite to the metro station.. and the appearance is damn good.

I stay at this hotel every year in January on my arrival into India and before journeying on to Puttaparthi and Tiruvanamalai. The rooms are opulent but tasteful, spotlessly clean and the beds and bedding and so delicious that even with dreadful jetlag I get the most wonderful sleep which sets me up beautifully to really enjoy my holiday. The location is right in the heart of the city so it's easy to get to the shops and other places in Bangalore. I would imagine for business travel it's perfect. The staff are the best-trained, polite and most helpful that I have come across and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. The grounds are beautiful and beautifully maintained at all times. The use of citronella oil instead of pesticides is not only eco-friendly but keeps the mosquitoes at bay. The food is really 5 star and each dining experience I have had here has been of the highest level and truly delicious. This hotel is an example of how a 5 star hotel should be run and maintained and I would recommend it to anyone who needs some calm, luxury and pampering.

Best Experience: Sitting in the magical garden in the evening sharing a delicious Thai meal with friends in total comfort and surrounded by twinkling but tasteful fairy lights , listening to exquisite raga music and just feeling like I was in heaven after all the awful travelling!

Worst Experience: None

Excellent location on MG Road. Easy walking distance to most shopping areas including to Brigade Road and Church Street. If you are on a business trip too, this is a great downtown location. The hotel has a strong garden theme and the central garden (around which all the restaurants are placed ) is a very peaceful place. The famed Oberoi service continues here.

Best Experience: Concierge service is notable here. I kept asking for various types of help including finding the right places to eat out at and I got excellent advice.
