Good place to visit. The garden is with good environment. In the garden you can get food and soft drinks also. It is the place to enjoy with the friends as well as family also. you can get the safari in corbett national park. There are good parades of birds. Real life enjoyment so one time go Jagaar the village resort.

The hotel was booked by my cousin. The stay was very pleasant, very well. The hotel location was 10-12 km away from wildlife sanctuary. They had not provided any safari. The appearance of the hotel was very nice. They provided good food with good combination, the environment was good and services were good. It was a cottage having basic amenities, but no TV, it was normal room. They provided a buffet system for lunch, dinner and breakfast both vegetarian and non vegetarian was there. They had provided indoor games, swimming pool. The hotel had provided welcome drink. The staffs were very co-operative and helpful. There was no delay in check in and check out. Everything was good and okay, services were good.

My stay experience was good from this hotel. Location was good. Inner and outer look of the hotel was nice. My husband booked room in this hotel. Booking and front office was cooperative and helpful. Services were fast. Rooms were well maintained, neat and clean. Outside view was available from the room window. Food was fabulous. Activities were fine. I traveled in March month 2013 with my husband. This place is good for travel. This hotel is recommendable for others.

I went there with my family by my personal car. Appearance of the hotel was attractive. Room was neat, clean and spacious and equipped with all basic amenities. Restaurant staff service was not Satisfactory because they did not serve food properly. This hotel was situated in middle of the forest. Overall everything was acceptable there only staff service issued. Check in and check out procedure was timely. They did not arrange any type activity. This destination is very nice and forest area. We can do safari there.

We stayed in three cottages, all of which were nicely furnished, clean and quiet (if a bit cold in the evenings and mornings!). The food was excellent and plentiful and served with a lot of Love. The staff were superb for the most part,Rooms were very comfortable and each and evry thing in room was planned to finest details, and this place will be my first choice for sure whenever i\'ll be coming to Corbet again.Highly recommend it to everyone.....

Longing to escape from the rush of city life led us to the Jaagar, the Village resort at Corbett. Difficult to say which was the better choice of the two; going to Corbett or deciding to stay at Jaagar. Located right in middle of sugarcane fields with the jungle as one of its boundaries and rail tracks another, there couldn't have a better place which would have brought us close to village as well as wildlife. The stay was in cottages, done up in traditional Indian style, complete with flowers at doorstep and no technological distractions ( No TV!). The staff arranged for a tractor ride on the day1 which took us deep into the resort side jungle. The ride through the vegetation with plants brushing you up as if eager to embrace and smells of nature engulfing the senses was the most wonderful experience. We saw huge herds of deers with over 100 deers. Returned to the cottage, had a sumptuous meal and retired to sleep. The next day was jam packed (by village & jungle standards!). In morning we went to river Kosi, which at this time of year was in a gentle mood. Crossed the hanging bridge, that seemed to move as if in resonance to our footsteps. Went walking through a jungle track and almost heard the tiger growling as the guide told stories of tiger and human daring. Trekked upto the Girija temple and sat by the riverside, fed the Mahaseer fishes and walked through the placid river with fishes of all sizes(newborn to grownups) feeling us up from the water. The second half of the day was the jungle safari which was in an open jeep. As the guide aptly said “sabko tiger dikhne laga to uski importance kahan rahegi!”, so we didn’t get even a glimpse of the striped one. Only some pugmarks. But with 4-5 feet tall wild grass on both sides of our jeep track, there were many a time when we could sense the king surveying us visitors from behind the blades. Or was it our imagination? Who can say! But the drive through the jungle with its untouched vegetation and the hordes of langoors, peacocks, deers and other birds was treat enough for us city dwellers. Back we went to the resort, where we had a bonfire dance and a hearty meal. The next day was the most relaxed one, with no agenda. Just enjoyed the natural beauty of the resort. After a long time, got time to actually stop and see dew drops. The best surprise was the special village tubewell, where ground water was pumped right into a pool. Our daughter had a blast swimming and feeling the gush of water right on her head! With that it was time to check out, and head back to our daily life. But the feel of the fresh breeze, the scents of the jungle, the growl of the beast, the touch of dew drops, and the gush of pumped water…… these are moments that will remain forever. At least we can dare to hope so!
