The location of the hotel was very much convenient and appearance of the hotel was very good. The staff members at the hotel were friendly and professional in services. The room allotted to me was very good and spacious along with required amenities in proper working condition. The food was good. It was relaxation trip and the destination was really good. My stay was comfortable at this hotel and was worth for the money I spent.
I was in jaisalmer with my friends for a tour. We were there for 2 days. We spent both days in hotel Jaisal castle. This hotel is best of city in terms of service. Which quick. I like this hotel most. Hotel location is nice. Hotel offers beautiful view. Hotel facilities are good.
Last month i am go there and its fantastic tour for me. I am stay in the Jaisal Castle hotel and my experience is so good. Rajasthani food is so good. Hotel staff is very nice, hotel rooms is so cool and comfortable. If you going Jaisalmer so you can stay this hotel. overall 3.5 out of 5 star.
The rooms were clean, simply done up overlooking the city of jaisalmer. we were enticed by the view, waking up to it and sleeping with it. we were there for 3 nights. The location itself made it apt to be part of the local experience since its literally right in the centre of jaisalmer, in the fort. we got all our camel safari organised from there. We had lots of choices for food as we stepped out including our regular thali meals in the castle itself. all in all, the atmosphere and the feeling of the place was vibrant and ethereal. would be great to spend some more time amidst the desert in the comfort of a castle.
The hotel has a homely atmosphere and liked their services. I did not face any problem to reach there and with check in and checkout at the hotel. The room was spacious, neat and well maintained too. I had food from there and it was tasteful and got many varieties. The staffs at the hotel were good and helpful. I went there with my family and the stay valued my money. I would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers.
The place was easy to travel and so convenient in location but it was far from city and it is economical. There was no delay in check in and checkout. The pool was available but not that well maintained. The interior and the exterior looks of the hotel were normal. The staffs were good and were very professional in service. The room was clean, well maintained and it was spacious. The food was yummy in taste and top in quality. There were no refreshing activities arranged by the hotel. The stay in the hotel was value for the money spent on it and it is recommendable.
When we booked this hotel online, it was supposed to be a heritage property. It is a shabbily maintained Heritage property. There was no choice of food . we had to eat whatever was available. As it was within the walls of the Jaisalmer Palace, the view from the room was good. But going to this hotel with senior citizens is very difficult. The hotel does not any pic up facility from below the palace.
Value for money, fabulous services .the way the served it's was excellent..I stayed there 2 night with my family it was super experience. Ground floor Bar is fabulous and complementary breakfast is very nice. I would like to recommend my friends always.!!!!!!! :)Quiet and clean, pleasant experience! Room was well furnished with a very comfortable bed.
the hotel management was most ignorant. they did not even know that we have a booking for 3 rooms for two days. the owner / manager keep on eating lunch talking to us. after a long persuation he was able to understand that we have a confirm booking. the room shown to us were very small with a ceiling height of 8.5 ft. later when informed that we have a booking of three luxury rooms we were shown two rooms, one of them was ok but other was stinking like hell. it was not a hotel at all because the way to rooms passes through somebody sitting room. i dont know how and why my booking was made to that place. finally we have to shift to other hotel.
it is a good tourist destination. the surroundings around the hotel were neat and clean. the inner and outer appearance of the hotel was good. the front office a5t the hotel was helpful and friendly.. rooms were neat and clean. all necessary arrangements were done by the management
