Overall experience is average. There is Palace word in the name of hotel but it is not like palace but simple & nice hotel.Food and service part is more than average but quality of room and particularly size of the room is too small. Jaisalmer is good location and very nice to see the whole Jaisalmer. Hotel look nice from the outside but it is in very conjusted place. Activities is also more than average and Rajsthani folk dance in night is really wonderful.

Best Experience: I think quality of food is very good and you feel like home when you are eating food. There was very pleasant activities in night which include Rajsthani folk dance, Rajstahani singing, Rajsthani tabala and instruments.

Worst Experience: Not more but the size of the room is too small that at first glance i was just by seeing size of room.

We stayed in Moonlight Resort for the nite arranged by Jaisal Palace.. The whole stay was good - though the cultural programs might not be as great as you would imagine - It is a pleasant way to spend the night away from all the usual buzz.

Best Experience: The best thing would be the camel safari - the camp is real near the dunes so it was cool with that.

Worst Experience: nothing worse to mention as we were there for minimal time.. but the rooms were neat and clean and the staff were courteous and good.

Hotel Jaisalpalace is small 10-12 rooms basic family hotel offers good rate and is Ideally located in the center of the town. Rooms where samll but neat & clean with LCD TV. Recently renovated room and bathroom. so bathrooms & it\'s fittings were in good shape with storage water heater. It is personally owned property so owner have good control over hotel and sometime you find owner sitting behind the desk which definately make differance. Staff was very co-operative and happy to help. Bhanwarlalji behind reception desk was nice person. Food was excellent in taste. Hotel kitchen serving mainly to hotel guest so it is safe to order roti, sabji, dal, chawal etc. and nothing fancy. Masala Khichdi was awesome. This is the best hotel option if you have limited budget and looking for nice, clean basic family hotel this is definately Ideal place for you.

Best Experience: We enjoyed breakfast, Lunch & Dinners immensely at hotel as we had 7 rooms so we were getting exclusivity at roof top restaurant in terms of food preperation and serving. we had a complimentry breakfast and they where serving three four different varities like Upma, Poha, Stuffed Parathas, bread tost etc. at your table. I must say they were generous in serving Breakfast. (I am not comparing with 3 Star and plus Hotel).

Worst Experience: No as such. Only if you have big vehicle like Bus it will not reach till enterance of the hotel (Enterance is right on the road) which is situated in tiny lane. you have to walk approx 100 mtrs where bus is park which have little slope bit difficult for senior citizens. For luggage transfer etc. are taken care by hotel staff.

Budget tariff, located in winding streets, but in the middle of everything, close to main bazar and market centre, the fort and havelis. Courteous and helpful management and staff, neat and clean premises, bedding and linen, but very small rooms. Good Indian and Rajasthani food at reasonable prices. Standby electricity generator, reasonabl parking outside in the street.

Best Experience: Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous management. Courteous and helpful staff. Good Indian and Rajasthani food. Good view of the Fort from the rooftop restaurant. The management and staff are not greedy.

Worst Experience: Rooms are very small.
