Hotel Review of Fortune Inn Riviera
Comments: Very good experience - the Fortune / ITC standards are well maintained.. rooms are very well done, professional staff, excellent restaurant.
Best Experience: We checked in Fortune after a pathetic experience at hotel Hari Nivas Palace. The staff courtesy & room feel was really relaxing & in stark contrast to what we faced at the other hotel.
Worst Experience: None..

Our group stayed in this hotel during our visit to Jammu. The stay at the hotel was not very satisfactory. The rooms were good but air conditioner was not working satisfactorily in most of the rooms. There was no running hot water available during afternoon or evening. The food was good....
