Jubilee Park covers a large area of 237.75 acres and is located in the middle of the city. This park was gifted by the Tata Steel Company to the local populace for the completion of 50 years of establishment of the city in 1958. Jubilee Park, which is also known as the Mughal Garden, has been modelled like the Vrindhavan Garden of Mysore.

The park features colourful fountains, Jayanti Sarovar, Smriti Udyan and Foliage Park. There is also a Nicco Park or the recreational centre in the park, where children can enjoy thrilling rides. The Tata Steel Zoological Park and the Upvan of the Jubilee Park are prominent picnic spots. Moreover, on the birth anniversary of the Shri Jamshedji Tata, the founder of the city, this park is decorated with lights and other items.

"Huge Park within City limits"

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted Jun 22, 2016
The Park when you go and see is amazing. I happen to cross through this road and then I asked the driver to stop here for some time. The large park is lush green and lots of tress and sitting space. The place is oxygen for the Tatanagar.

The park here is the lifeline of Jamshedpur. Every time I go to tatanagar, I ensure I am there in this park in the late evening to enjoy the greenery and lively couples. The place is well connected to the city and is best time in winters.

"A wonderful Zoo"

  • 7.0/7
  • Posted Jun 3, 2016
The Jamshedpur zoo is one of the best managed zoological park in India and presents a wonderful collection of various animals and birds. The king and queen of

Attraction is definitely the African lions and the Royal Bengal Tiger, however there are plenty of attraction for the wild life lovers. A safari is also available inside the zoo and is a very attractive one for the kids. The lake is also a relaxing spot where you can rest your tiring legs while enjoying a boating session after the royal exhibition of the wildlife.

"Awesome Park in the planned city"

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted May 18, 2016
Jamshedpur is a well-known city of Jharkhand. Since it is a planned city, it must have a planned park also. Jubilee Park is spread over a vast area, full of greenery and flowers. Add on attraction is the fountain in the park. Come with your family and enjoy the time here.

Good place to travel with your near ones and spend quality time over there. Or better if you plan for a hang-out locally, Jubilee Park is the best.

Bhel on the roadside, ice cream and many other things will surely tingle your taste-buds.

Average type place. Better not to go with your parents, visit with your friends only. Food available is average. Winter time visit is better. Boating is available and zoo is also present where Tigers, Peacock, Monkeys, Crocodiles different birds etc are found. Beautiful trees all around and waterflow and flowers.
