Just what I needed , peace and tranquility . Nice cottages , clean and well maintained. The family there makes you feel at home but still allows each one their privacy. This property is on a man-made island , so accessibility is only via a country boat , hence keeping the host posted of your exact time of arrival is crucial . There is not much in and around this area , so make sure you carry basic necessities .Food is awesome!

Best Experience: Bird watching at sunset , canoe rides and country boat rides at sunrise . The hostess and her family were hospitality itself!

Thinking about Phillipkutty farm stay itself gives me immense pleasure and I am so happy to get a chance to experience it. To be frank I have never thought of getting such a place inside Kerala where in people try to invest in hospitality without any ethics and without any foresight. Kerala is rich with culture architecture and more than that the natural beauty with full of rich greenish beauty. But it’s hard to find a place who has used all the three mentioned above along with the best hospitality that you can get. Best thing is that you will feel home. Don’t expect all sorts of food out here but we get the best homemade food that you can expect. We get organic food. The ambiance is excellent we get to see the rich back waters. I am sure most of the in home tourist will find it expensive but what I felt is different for me it was the best in Kerala only thing is that rest of the hotels will squeeze us with hidden costs but over here it’s fixed. I have to say this each construction that is over here is marvelous and maintained excellently. I am not that great to explain to how marvelous the construction is but I can tell you this it has a complete imprint of ancient typical Kerala construction. Just one suggestion – it will be the perfect ambiance for couples. I want to write more about it but my words are not that good to express it. If you get a chance dont miss it....

Best Experience: We got excellent food and chilled Beer. We had the best homemade Jam of my life. I had the best View of Sum set of my life.

Worst Experience: I have only the best memories staying here. Saying about the worst memory was looking back to the place where i stayed on the way back
