Kalahati Falls is popularly known as the Kalahasthi Falls and Kallathigiri Falls. It is situated near the Kemmanagundi, at an elevation of around 122 m. A temple of Veerabhadra, belonging to the Vijayanagara period, lies near the falls. At the entrance of the temple, tourists can see stone carvings of three elephants. The temple is visited by many travellers during the annual fair, held in the months of March and April.

really beautiful,scenic place,good spots for trekking.carry your own food or stay in a homestay .good drive from bangalore or mangalore,5 hrs drive.other than homestays no other accommodation
