Service was good, waiting so much for services and cleaning of bathroom's was nor good, over all experience was good, have to maintain decorum for good customer satisfaction

The kalimpong park hotel is a beautifully located hotel with lush green surroundings. The rooms here were comfortable and spacious. Also the weather in kalimpong was very nice. The food served was very delicious. Overall good experience.

Very nice. The place is not so cool during summer. Nights are pleasant.Some places are worth-seeinng.
Best Experience: The lawn of the hotel showcases a view of the distance which unveils an eye-dazzling beauty at night.

Rooms were not clean. There were ants, lizards in their suit room. Also staff is not co-operative. Service is worst. Hotel is pathetic.

The hotel is located at a hilltop which viewed wonderful even the entire surroundings is calm with cool breeze all around,the staff were very good and attentive .

The Park Hotel, Kalingpong is one km above the busy town. Earlier it was the summer residence of Maharaja of Dinajpur. The Heritage wing is suprlative, keeping the world world charm. The food and beverages are excellent.
