Kamla Nehru Zoo is situated at the banks of Kankaria Lake. This zoo is home to albino animals like red-necked wallaby, deer and American alligator. Besides, feathering folk, reptiles and other mammals are other animals that inhabit the zoo.
Kamla Nehru Zoo also serves as a home to endangered species like flamingos, Indian Wild Ass, Mouse Deer, Asiatic Lion and Chinkara. Great Indian Bustards can also be spotted in this popular zoo.
