The city is beautiful.The location of the hotel and its ambience was nice but had some difficulties reaching there. Also, they didn\'t had set top box installed in their rooms.The AC remote wasn\'t working,fans were not functioning properly.

Well maintained and good staff, need to improve the dining space and focus a little more effort on cleanliness.

The location of the property is very bad. From the entrance,one cannot even imagine that there is a heritage property just inside.

Its an okay place to relax. Nothing to do in hotel, so people going to relax and do nothing much , karnot is a good place for that

over all it was good & satisfactory.Room service needs improvements.

Best Experience: connectivity with city, though the surroundings of the resort was not neat.

Worst Experience: Less food options ( specially in breakfast)
