Kavadikeri Lake covers an area of over 62 acres and is surrounded by various hills. There is an ancient temple located near this lake, which is dedicated to Goddess Durga Devi. Red and black crested bulbul and giant sized butterflies can be seen near this lake. It is located around 9 km away from the Magod Falls and 20 km away from the town of Yellapur.
